Code of conduct – Parents

Positively reinforce your child and show an interest in their chosen activity.
Do not place your child under pressure or push them into activities they do not want to do.
Deliver and collect your child punctually before and after sessions.

Ensure that proper sportswear and protective equipment are worn. Any child not in possession of the fundamental requirements will not be permitted to participate.

Encourage your child to play by the rules; and teach them that they can only do their best.
Ensure that your child understands their code of conduct.
Behave responsibly on the side-line.
Show appreciation and support towards the coaching staff.

Richmond Ravers is committed to providing an environment free from bullying, harassment and aggression. Parents are asked to treat our coaching staff with dignity and respect.
Any breaches of this code of conduct will be dealt with immediately by Mrs. Julie Laidler. Persistent concerns or breaches may result in you being asked not to attend sessions if your attendance is considered detrimental to the welfare of young participants.
The ultimate action should a parent/guardian continue to breach the code of behaviour may be the coaching staff regrettably asking your child to leave the session.
In extreme circumstances, should we deem it necessary, we reserve the right to terminate your club membership with immediate effect, without reimbursement of fees.
